Rashad Scott, a 29-year-old resident of Melbourne, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 1, 2018. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence on Stewart Avenue. According to reports, Scott had been visiting a friend who was staying at the home of Stephen Potter, a 57-year-old man. The situation escalated when Scott, who had fallen asleep, woke up in an unstable mood. This led to an altercation between Scott and Potter.
