William "Jody" Hughes, a 19-year-old from Olga, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2018. Hughes, along with 16-year-old Jeremy Stewart, was fatally shot by Elwood Timothy Robinson. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Robinson, who was reportedly impersonating a police officer, confronted the teens.
