James William Earl, a 32-year-old resident of Spring Hill, Florida, was tragically found dead on January 16, 2019. Earl, a decorated United States Navy veteran, was discovered by his fiancée, Stephanie Harper, in the driveway of their home at 14838 Glenrock Road. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. The Pasco County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene after Pasco County Fire Rescue, initially called for a medical emergency, found Earl's body around 6:52 a.m. that morning.
