Richmond Malik Pollock, a 20-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on September 21, 2019, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Pollock was found fatally shot shortly after 12:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of Spruce Avenue, near 22nd Street and south of Northwood Road. The police reported that the shooting appeared to be a targeted attack, marking the 13th reported homicide in the city that year.
