Chanel Zhane Brown, a 23-year-old resident of Winter Haven, Florida, was tragically found dead on October 6, 2019. She was discovered alongside 42-year-old Latoya Dimitria Owens in a home on Avenue V NW, across from Sportsman Park. Both women had suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
