Terrell Deshaun Williams, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 15, 2019, in Pinellas Park, Florida. Williams was an employee at a Walmart Neighborhood Market and was on his break when the incident occurred. According to reports, he was behind the store on U.S. Highway 19 when a white sedan approached.
