Liza Dukes, a 29-year-old woman from Keystone Heights, FL, tragically lost her life on December 31, 2019. She was a mother of three and was described by friends and family as a dedicated and loving individual who was always there for her loved ones. On the night of her death, Liza Dukes was shot in the back and pronounced dead at the scene on Lori Loop Road around 8:44 p.m. Her boyfriend, Shayne Wooten, and his father, James Wooten, were also shot during the incident.
