Andrew Howard IV, a 24-year-old African American male from Pensacola, Florida, tragically lost his life on December 27, 2020. The incident occurred at the Northwoods Apartment Complex, where Howard was involved in a physical altercation with Ellis Clark, a 25-year-old man. According to police reports, the altercation escalated, and Clark shot Howard as he attempted to flee.
