Fonda Gandy, a 41-year-old African American woman from Ocoee, Florida, tragically lost her life on January 31, 2021. Gandy was fatally shot in her apartment following an argument with a 16-year-old boy, Michael Lecorn, who was staying with her at the time. The incident occurred just days after Gandy had celebrated her birthday.
