Christopher Michael Maassen, a 29-year-old man from Stuart, Florida, was fatally shot on February 19, 2021, following an altercation on Interstate 95 near Jupiter. The incident occurred around 1:45 p.m. when Maassen's vehicle and another car were involved in a minor collision.
