On the afternoon of March 17, 2016, a burst of violence in the 2100 block of West North Avenue in Baltimore left two individuals wounded and one life tragically cut short. Ronnie Wallace, a 36-year-old Black male, was one of the victims in what was reported as a double shooting. The incident occurred around 5:20 p.m., a time when the city streets were likely bustling with activity.
