Adam Rashap, a 31-year-old male from Randolph, New Jersey, was found dead on July 14, 2021, in Miami Beach, Florida. His body was discovered alongside that of Alexander Gros, a 30-year-old male from Pennsylvania, in a suite at The Villa Casa Casuarina, the former Versace mansion. Both men had sustained gunshot wounds to the head. The preliminary investigation by Miami Beach police suggested that the deaths were the result of an apparent double suicide.
