On a summer day in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of William Henry Jackson III, a 43-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, August 9, 2016, Jackson was shot in the Westside Shopping Center parking lot located in the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue.
