Arturo Romos Marquez, aged 24, tragically lost his life on February 26, 1977, in Banning, California. His death was a result of a brutal murder committed by Patrick Kearney, a notorious serial killer known as the "Trash Bag Killer." Kearney was active between 1962 and 1977, during which he murdered at least 21 young men and boys, although some estimates suggest the number could be as high as 43.
