Julie Yvonne Cross, a United States Secret Service Special Agent, tragically lost her life on June 4, 1980, in Westchester, Los Angeles County, California. On that fateful evening, Cross and her partner, Special Agent Lloyd Bulman, were conducting a stakeout operation targeting a counterfeit ring. They were stationed in an unmarked car when two men approached them in what appeared to be a robbery attempt.
