Pamela Ann McCoy, aged 27, tragically lost her life on October 1, 1982, in Sacramento, California. Her death occurred during a violent incident at a bar known as "The Mother Lode," where a shooting spree took place. The shooter, identified as Douglas Mozingo, opened fire indiscriminately into the crowd during an "end of summer" party.
