Arturo C. Miranda, a 23-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on April 29, 1992, in Los Angeles, California. Miranda was fatally shot in the Green Meadows neighborhood, a victim of the violence that erupted during the infamous Los Angeles riots. According to coroner's records, he was struck by a stray bullet while riding home from a soccer game with friends. The bullet tore through the vehicle, hitting him in the head and causing his untimely death.
