In the early morning hours of October 29, 2016, the life of James Edward Jones, a 38-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 1:30 a.m., Jones was found in the 2800 block of Hilldale Avenue, suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
