Francisco Parocua, an 18-year-old from Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on August 8, 1996. His death was part of a series of violent crimes committed by Bruce Millsap, a notorious serial killer active during the mid-1990s. Millsap, along with his accomplice Kendrick Loot, was responsible for a string of robberies and murders across California. Francisco Parocua was one of Millsap's victims during this crime spree, which also included the deaths of Carlos Nuno and Patrick Barnett ...
