On November 22, 1999, Xavier Caro Jr., an 11-year-old boy from Santa Rosa Valley, California, was tragically killed along with his two younger brothers, Michael, 8, and Christopher, 5. The boys were shot in the head at point-blank range in their family home. The only surviving child was their 13-month-old brother, Gabriel, who was unharmed.
