Jaime Raul Saldana, a 37-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life on June 15, 2007, in Alhambra, California. The incident occurred on the Long Beach Freeway, north of the San Bernardino Freeway near Valley Boulevard, around 11:20 a.m. Saldana was driving when he was shot multiple times by a suspect in a sport-utility vehicle.
