Donald Reed, a 27-year-old man from Orange County, was tragically shot to death on October 2, 2007, in Paramount, California. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m. near 70th Street and Georgia Avenue. According to reports, Reed and a companion were in the neighborhood attempting to sell stereo equipment from a van.
