Ichinkhorloo "Iko" Bayarsaikhan, a 15-year-old student from Alameda High School, tragically lost her life on October 31, 2007, in a shooting incident at Washington Park in Alameda, California. Iko, who had emigrated from Mongolia with her family three years prior, was spending Halloween night with friends when the incident occurred.
