In the spring of 2017, the life of 66-year-old Bruce Chester, a white male, was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Baltimore, Maryland. On the evening of Monday, May 22, 2017, Chester was at 5100 York Road when he was fatally shot. The incident was believed to have occurred during the course of a robbery.
