Thomas Carr Jr., a 47-year-old resident of Compton, California, tragically lost his life on June 19, 2012. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, Carr was involved in an argument with an unidentified individual on the 900 block of West Compton Boulevard. The altercation escalated, resulting in Carr being shot around 9:15 p.m. He sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
