Richard Trujillo Vidaurry, a 55-year-old Latino male, was tragically shot and killed on May 7, 2013, in San Pedro, California. Vidaurry was found with a single gunshot wound to the back of his head near the auto shop where he worked, located in the 400 block of West 5th Street. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 8:25 a.m., as Vidaurry was about to start his day. Witnesses reported seeing a suspect, dressed in a dark hoodie and mask, fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting.
