In the summer of 2017, the life of Rashaw Scott, a 26-year-old male, was cut short on the streets of West Baltimore. On July 18th, he was fatally shot on North Fremont Avenue, a violent end to a life that had already been irrevocably marked by tragedy four years earlier. His death revisited a painful past and left a community searching for answers that, according to available information, have yet to come.
