Marcus Brackinridge, aged 38, was tragically killed on April 13, 2014, in the backyard of his parents' home in Daly City, California. The incident occurred around 5:50 a.m. when Brackinridge, who was naked at the time, was shot in the stomach and head by Demond Anthony Spikes. The altercation between Brackinridge and Spikes stemmed from a dispute over money owed to a prostitute who was present during the incident.
