Marquise Carter, a 26-year-old resident of Fairfield, California, was found dead in a home on the 1500 block of Union Avenue on October 14, 2014. The discovery was made around 1:25 a.m. following a reported shooting. Carter, who had associations with both Fairfield and Vallejo, was found with a gunshot wound to the head.
