Rodney Allen Frazier Jr., a 16-year-old from Richmond, CA, tragically lost his life on November 7, 2014, in a hail of bullets. Rodney was riding his favorite dirt bike home and had parked it outside his home when the incident occurred. Moments after he arrived, a car drove by, and multiple shots were fired, hitting Rodney.
