Juan Carlos Rios, a 36-year-old resident of Strathmore, California, tragically lost his life on December 25, 2014, after succumbing to injuries sustained from multiple gunshot wounds. The incident occurred on December 18, 2014, when Rios was ambushed outside his home on Avenue 204 in Strathmore.
