Luis Amela, a 41-year-old resident of Palmdale, California, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2015. The incident occurred outside Sky Burgers, a local restaurant located in the 1800 block of East Palmdale Boulevard. On that fateful evening, Amela was involved in an altercation with four individuals who were attempting to steal his bicycle. The confrontation escalated, resulting in Amela being shot multiple times. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at a nearby hospital.
