Justin Alexander Pitts, a 24-year-old resident of Los Angeles, California, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2015. Pitts was standing in the driveway of an apartment building located at 843 West 65th Street in the Vermont-Slauson neighborhood when an unknown assailant approached him and fired several shots from a handgun.
