Yue Zhao, a 56-year-old resident of Arcadia, California, was tragically shot and killed on May 31, 2015. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. in the 1000 block of South 5th Avenue. According to reports, Zhao was walking south on South 5th Avenue when a white sedan approached him from behind. The driver of the vehicle opened fire, striking Zhao in the chest.
