Phillip Liberto, a 23-year-old resident of Fairfield, CA, tragically lost his life following a gang-related shooting incident. On July 22, 2015, Liberto was shot in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Phoenix Drive. The altercation occurred when Liberto, along with fellow gang members Jaime Ponce Hernandez, Jamison P.
