Ricardo Cabrales, a 14-year-old Latino boy, was tragically shot and killed on August 28, 2015, in Compton, California. The incident occurred in the 16100 block of South Essey Avenue. According to reports, Ricardo and another individual were standing on the sidewalk in front of a home when a light-colored sedan approached.
