Harry Albert "Hal" Bowman, aged 46, tragically lost his life on December 2, 2015, in San Bernardino, California. He was one of the victims of the horrific mass shooting at the Inland Regional Center. This tragic event, known as the San Bernardino massacre, resulted in the deaths of 14 individuals and injuries to 22 others.
