Harold "Hook" Cook, a 49-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, was tragically killed on August 27, 2016. The incident occurred at an apartment complex in the 900 block of North G Street. Cook was sitting in a chair in front of his parked white Toyota Corolla, conversing with his girlfriend of seven years, Dawn "Chocolate" Sutton, and a neighbor, Ellen Wimbish, when the shooting took place.
