Albert Casillas, a 33-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when police received a report of shots fired in the area of 13th and F streets. Upon arrival, officers found Casillas lying near the north curb in the 500 block of West 13th Street.
