Santiago Morales, a 52-year-old Latino, was found dead on February 28, 2017, in Lynwood, California. Morales was discovered seated behind the wheel of his car, which was parked in an alley behind the commercial street on the 11300 block of Long Beach Boulevard. A passerby noticed him unresponsive in the car around 8:30 a.m. and called 911.
