Alex Taysom, a 23-year-old resident of Pacifica, California, tragically died on June 10, 2017. The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 a.m. at a home located in the 700 block of Big Bend Drive. According to the San Mateo County Coroner's office and the Pacifica Police Department, Taysom's death was the result of an accidental self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
