Urban Titus Todd, a 41-year-old man from Westmont, California, tragically lost his life on June 30, 2017, after being shot multiple times. The incident occurred on June 23, 2017, around 11:25 p.m. while Todd was riding his bicycle near his home on the 1100 block of West 104th Street in the Westmont area of South Los Angeles.
