Sergio Alonso Luevanos, a 38-year-old resident of Pasadena, California, tragically lost his life on July 24, 2017. The incident occurred late at night, around 11:30 p.m., when Pasadena police responded to a call reporting gunfire in the 400 block of North Marengo Avenue. Upon arrival, officers discovered Luevanos suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after midnight on July 25, 2017.
