Gary Anthony Storm, aged 63, was tragically shot and killed on August 18, 2017, near his home in West Oakland, California. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4:52 a.m., near his apartment located in the 1400 block of Seventh Street, directly across from the West Oakland BART Station. Despite the proximity to a busy transit hub, the circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, and no motive has been determined by the authorities.
