Arturo Canela Pulido, a 47-year-old resident of Inglewood, California, was tragically shot and killed on September 3, 2017, in the 10600 block of Mansel Avenue in Lennox. Pulido was the third and final victim in a violent rampage that began earlier that evening in the West Los Angeles community of Del Rey.
