Damien Joseph, a 19-year-old from New Orleans, was tragically killed on February 7, 2011. He was found unresponsive in the 1900 block of North Dorgenois Street near the intersection with Allen Street. When the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) responded to a call early that morning, they found Damien lying on the sidewalk, and his death was quickly ruled a homicide.
