DeMichael James Gandy-Williams, a 30-year-old resident of Vacaville, California, was found dead on the morning of November 29, 2018, in the Crockett area of unincorporated Contra Costa County. A passing motorist discovered his body lying on Crockett Boulevard between Cummings Skyway and Pomona Avenue around 7:15 a.m. Firefighters who responded to the scene pronounced Gandy-Williams dead, identifying a gunshot wound as the cause of death.
