Toby Celeste Anderson, aged 38, tragically passed away on January 16, 2019, in Red Bluff, California. Toby and her husband, Caleb Anderson, were found deceased in their home on River Heights Drive in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The Tehama County Sheriff's Office responded to a 911 call from a woman who discovered the bodies of her son and daughter-in-law.
