Andrew Valdez, a 22-year-old father of two from Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on February 2, 2019. The incident occurred around 1:47 a.m. at a party held at 3245 N. Maple Ave. Valdez was shot multiple times in the upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene.
