Kalen Borchardt, a 24-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:35 a.m., when officers were dispatched to a parking lot at an apartment complex near Highway 99 and Parkway Drive. Upon arrival, they found Borchardt suffering from a fatal gunshot wound.
